Establish Yourself as an Expert!

Yep. You heard me right.  Establish yourself as an expert in your niche. Use your expertise to teach your audience something new . Turn your social media accounts into a source of information where people will turn when they have questions. By sharing valuable content first you can charge for the details later. No one wants to feel like they have to pay you first in order to see if you're legit or the right fit for them.  Be authentic . Your audience wants to connect with YOU , so let them! Don't try to create an online persona. Speak in your true voice without hesitation. Don't get caught up in the " what if people don't like me " mindset. You may not be for everyone, but you're certainly for someone(s). So just be you. Connect and build relationships, as yourself.

Engagement

So you scheduled your post to Instagram or Facebook, now you're done. Right ? Wrong . Now you need to engage . As your audience comments on your post, you need to respond and acknowledge them! This is how you build relationships with your audience . By relating to them. By interacting with them. ⁣ Consumers do business with companies that they trust . Small business owners need to be transparent and accessible to build that relationship and trustworthiness with their audience.  Engaging on your social media posts also helps you get seen. The more activity that a post gets (comments moreso than likes) the more likely FB or IG will be to push it to the top of your audience's timelines.  Engaging goes further than just replies and liking posts. If you see that you have a new follower, s lide into their DMs ! Thank them for visiting your profile and strike up a conversation. Same with if you see someone commenting or reacting to your posts. Send them a quick private message to fur...

Content Calendars

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿? A content calendar is a tool used to help you plan, organize, and schedule your blog and social media content. Some people prefer to keep a digital calendar, while others love an old fashioned printed planner. It doesn't have to be anything fancy, or even look like a calendar! Whichever method you chose, getting your ideas in writing, where you can see them, can take a lot of weight off your shoulders. Planning your social media content out in advance, even if just by 1 week, will give you a bigger picture plan for what you're sharing with your potential clients. This will keep you from posting just to post with no real strategy in place. Posting without purpose will make your social media accounts feel disjointed and can leave potential clients feeling confused.

Welcome!

Welcome! Thank you for stopping by! My name is Luen and I am a Social Media Manager. I help busy mom entrepreneurs to maximize their time by providing exceptional social media management services.  This way they are afforded the opportunity to focus on the areas of their business that they are passionate about as well as spend valuable quality time with their families. Speaking of family, I live for mine. I have been married to the love of my life since September 2008. We have 2 daughters, who are 5 years old and 18 months old. We also share our home with Roxy, our old lady Chihuahua. She was born in January 2005 and has moved across the country with us and seen us through a lot.  Other passions of mine include horseback riding. I have been competitively riding since I was 10 years old. The barn is my sanctuary and the place where I can recharge in a few hours and return home refreshed.
